"The Counselor" itself tells the story of a good man who works as a lawyer (Michael Fassbender) and are in need of more funds. He decided to go into business to make money smuggling cocaine quickly. Problems deepened when he was in partnership with a rich man (Javier Bardem) and his activities had attracted the attention of a dangerous figure (Brad Pitt). Later, the lawyers realized how dangerous the world is being entered.
